"I aspire to a positive relationship with clients."

"I was born on the Ivory Coast, and at the age of ten I moved to France, where I studied and obtained a degree in Business and Management. When I moved to Oxford, I started working for a big cleaning company. One day, my supervisor came to me and started to explain what to do in my job. I realised that I already knew what he was telling me; there was nothing he said that I didn't know. At that very moment I felt that I could start my own business. I knew that having my own business would give me more confidence, help me to deliver a better service, and achieve better results. If you do something well, then your customers will be happy, and it was with this spirit that I've been running my company since its creation in 2000.

It's simple. If you take pride in your work then customers will want you back again and again. All of my staff must take pride in what they do. I tell them they are responsible for turning off your lights, putting on your alarms, setting the security systems of your building, and overall for doing a good job for you; so they are part of your team. I encourage them to be proud of their work. I know that if we deliver a good service every day, we will keep our customers satisfied.

In return I aspire to a positive relationship with clients. We are all human. It's about developing a relationship based on mutual respect. In the French we say it's to have a 'relation conviviale'. Although we are all very busy and hectic, with some clients we manage to meet up for a cup of tea sometimes. This helps to develop better communication and allows me to deliver a better service. That's the way I run my business."
